How do I report a collection?
Open the collection in the app and tap Report, or email us with the link. We act on reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, places and collections straight away.
How do I leave a shared collection?
Open the collection, tap the people in it, and choose Leave this collection. You can choose whether to take the places you added with you.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app, go to You → Settings → Export my data.
How do I stop sharing a collection?
Open the collection and turn off sharing. The link stops working straight away.
Why couldn't vouch read a post?
Some posts are private, removed, or don't mention a place. Try finding the place by name instead.
